As HR Manager for Culture and People, you will play a central role in developing leadership, strengthening the organizational culture, and creating an environment where employees can thrive and grow. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the organization continues to deliver services that are vital to society—with a focus on people.

Pireva is currently recruiting an HR Manager for Culture and People—a key role for a dedicated and driven leader who wants to make a real difference by developing people, culture, and leadership.

About the role

This is a role for someone who wants to combine strategic thinking with operational execution and who wants to play a key role in driving the organization’s continued development.

You will work closely with and report directly to the CEO. As a member of the management team, you will help shape the direction of the entire company, with a clear goal: to strengthen Pireva’s position as an attractive employer—today and tomorrow.

In practice, this means that you:

· Takes overall responsibility for HR—from administration to strategic initiatives.

· Leads and develops initiatives in the areas of labor law, collective bargaining, and union dialogue.

· Leads and develops recruitment processes.

· Strengthens leadership and organizational culture.

· Develops HR structures, work methods, and processes.

· Acts as an ambassador for Pireva’s values and culture.

Who are you?

You have:

· Experience in a wide range of HR functions, both operational and strategic.

· Strong knowledge of labor law and experience in negotiations.

· Experience working closely with management or as part of a management team.

· Ability to establish, develop, and manage HR processes.
