Are you the leader who can take SSC Klingan to the next level?
We are currently recruiting a CEO—a key role for a confident and business-driven leader who wants to take the company into its next phase of growth. SSC Klingan is in a strong position today, but taking the next step requires clear, hands-on, and dynamic leadership.
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the business and will lead development in production, technology, sales, and marketing. You will drive growth and profitability with a focus on structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement, with lean principles as a natural part of the process. The role also involves significant external responsibilities, as you will represent the company and develop long-term customer relationships.
We are looking for someone with experience in leadership roles within the technical manufacturing sector. You have a business-driven mindset, preferably with experience in project sales, and are a confident and communicative leader who inspires commitment and provides direction. You have a strong interest in technology and production, as well as experience in strategic work.
You are a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing both people and the business. With clarity, energy, and empathy, you build strong teams and drive change forward.
